Our clients retain us to fill mission critical roles for key Executive & Management positions that will ensure their organizations succeed & grow.

Due to our growth & demand from our clients/industry, we are adding an Associate Recruiter to the team. This is an apprentice style role to support & shadow an experienced, highly successful Executive Recruiter to learn the business of executive search.

Role:

We are seeking individuals that have a burning desire to build a career in sales, via becoming an Executive Recruiter. Our firm has a unique and systematic training program designed to grow inexperienced, but driven sales professionals into Executive Recruiters over the course of 18-24 months. Associates will learn both the candidate and client side of this business, including how to sell, persuade, influence to achieve win win scenarios for both parties.

If you possess the drive and motivation to succeed in a sales/business development/account management type role, and have the attitude/aptitude to learn the trade of Executive Search, we want to hear from you!

Key Tasks early in the role include:

  • Cold Calling
  • Warm Calling (outbound and inbound)
  • Cold & Warm email marketing campaigns
  • Using Linked In for Cold & Warm outreach, as well as networking
  • Interviewing Prospect Candidates
  • Acting as strategic advisor to candidates, helping them navigate career changes, move up in their career and gain financial raises
  • Negotiations
  • Targeted Research
  • Organizing daily plans and building strategic plans
  • Participating in Weekly and ongoing formal sales, recruiting, business trainings.

Successful Associate Recruiters will have the opportunity to rise into Recruiter, Sr. Recruiter and eventually Executive Recruiter roles. Further growth paths include becoming a practice lead to build your own client base & specialty area, as well as other management opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 1-5 Years in Sales, Sales/Marketing support, Client/Customer Service or Similar role where you honed translatable skills.
  • Excited by an uncapped compensation plan, comfortable with being measured & rewarded for performance.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Associates Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Engineering or any other relevant field preferred.
  • Experience and proven success in Sales, Sales Support, Account Management, Recruiting or similar will be considered in lieu of formal higher education.
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communications skills.
  • Advanced Computer Skills to utilize and/or learn MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Linked In, Sales CRM & email marketing software’s
  • Previous formal trainings in Sales & Negotiations helpful, but not required.

Compensation:

This is a W2, full time role and includes:

  • Base Salary (paid bi-weekly)
  • Uncapped Incentive plan with Monthly, Quarterly & Annual bonuses for achieving sales goals.
  • Anticipated 1st year earnings $61,000 -$73,200 (uncapped)
